You may be eligible to enroll or change plans at other times of the year if you have a qualifying special enrollment period such as becoming eligible for Medicare for the first time at ag 65, retiring and losing employer health coverage, moving, change in financial status with Medicaid (Medquest) or Social Security LIS status or if there is a declared natural disaster that impacted you.
